Harissa Lamb with Grilled Corn
Ingredients:
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tsp harissa paste
- 2 ears corn, halved
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh coriander, chopped, to serve
Method:
- Rub lamb with harissa, salt, pepper and a little olive oil. Grill for 3–4 mins each side.
- Grill or griddle corn until charred and tender.
- Serve together with extra harissa on the side if desired.
