Peach & Raspberry Galette with Honey Glaze

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet ready-rolled shortcrust pastry
- 2 plums
- 100g raspberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Lay pastry on a baking tray. Arrange fruit in the centre, leaving a 3cm border.
- Fold in the edges, brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
