A short spell resting on its lees lends this Sauvignon a elegant creaminess, balancing that vibrant fruit. The finished wine is crisp yet rounded, refreshing yet finessed – the second glass almost pours itself. Serve well-chilled on its own, or alongside seafood, summer salads or a spicy noodle dish.
