Here’s your chance to enjoy a top Provence rosé at a price you won’t see anywhere else. It’s from a 12th-century estate that’s recently been lovingly restored. Thanks to organic vineyards, a top-of-the-range winery and Grand Cru treatment in the cellar, they’re starting to make a name for themselves – especially since one of their wines scored 95 points at the Decanter World Wine Awards. Luckily for us, they had a little wine left in the cellar pre-harvest, and our buyer Sarah secured it at a special price. The only condition? We keep their name secret, as they usually sell it for much more. Very elegant, with juicy stone fruit, redcurrant and citrus zest notes – it’s perfect with seafood or light Mediterranean dishes.
