Flavour Profile
La Grace comes from one of Pauillac’s most famous châteaux. We have never had access to a parcel like this from them before or seen their wines anywhere close to this price. It’s safe to say this is a bit of a buying coup.
We can’t disclose the château name but we can tell you their Grand Vin scored a potentially perfect 98-100 points in 2023. And the château is 100% biodynamic and organic. Everything is done by hand and in sync with nature – from harvesting to working the soil by horses to applying clay sunscreen to grapes to protect them from heat! The care and attention given to the vines and wines at this estate is second to none.
Plush and velvety with notes of dark berries, violets, cedar and graphite, this is delicious already. But Pauillac is renowned for being especially ageworthy and this is no exception. Enjoy any time over the next 10-15 years.
