Its 690 hectares of groves are planted with a blend of Grosal, the area's native variety, alongside Changlot Real, Arbequina and Picual. All from prized groves at 300m+ altitude – resulting in riper, fresher flavours.
The result is a vivid green EVOO with fresh, fruity aromas, leading into flavours of green grass and tomato leaf, with a pleasing bitterness and peppery finish. Pressed exclusively by mechanical methods, it's delicious drizzled over vegetables and salads, or served with grilled fish and meats.
