The cellar is nestled in the Valley of the Muses near Athens – where wine has been made for over 1,000 years – and is run by brothers Nikos, Stelios and Panayiotis Zaharias. Muses Estate White combines Assyrtiko, Greece’s best-loved white grape, with Savatiano – “the Chenin Blanc of Greece” (Decanter). With its peachy fruit and citrus-charged finish, it’s a perfect match for seafood – and delicious simply enjoyed solo in the sun.
