Established in 2016 in Walthamstow, Pillars is London's first independent brewery dedicated to producing lager. This is their modern take on the classic German-style pilsner – and boy, is it good! Brewed with Bavarian tradition, London soul and expert precision, it’s pale, bright gold in appearance, with uplifting citrus and resinous pine notes, and a clean, crisp palate. And it’s earned serious acclaim: Gold medals at the 2025 regional and national SIBA Awards, plus a Silver at the World Beer Awards 2024 and Silver in the Pilsner category at the 2024 London Beer Competition.
