How much will my next case be?

The Good Food subscription price is £119.88 for 12 bestselling wines. Delivery is free. This offer price is guaranteed up until 12 months after your first order date. We’ll use the same card you purchased your first case with. This will be charged shortly before despatch.

When will my next box be due?

You’ll start on a case every 8 weeks but thereafter the frequency is entirely up to you. We can also deliver every 4 or 12 weeks. Make the change online if you decide you want a more, or less frequent delivery.

Will you let me know before sending my next box?

Yes, we will send you an email telling you about the new wines one week before delivery. You can make any changes then.

What if I’m not ready for another box just yet?

You can push your next delivery date back as often as necessary. It’s quick and simple to do online.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can end your subscription at any time online. You are in total control. There is no tie in, but it might make sense to hang on to it until March 27 at least so you don’t miss out on the lowest prices for our bestsellers should you need a case of wine!

What if I want to change the wines in my case?

It’s simple to do. You can swap wines online in the Subscriptions section of My Account. You can change individual wines, add more, take some out (there is a minimum of 6 bottles though) or even change the whole subscription to a different one if you like.
